Calcaire, meaning limestone in French, is an homage to the terroir-driven winemaking of Chardonnay’s birthplace. Sourced from the sustainably grown Laguna Vineyard, which sits atop ancient coastal terraces in the heart of the Russian River Valley, Calcaire is a beautifully balanced, food-friendly Chardonnay with crisp stone fruit flavors, subtle minerality, and a silky mouthfeel.

On gently sloping hillsides, just twelve miles from the Pacific Ocean, sits the storied Laguna Vineyard. First farmed in 1882, Laguna Vineyard was originally planted to a variety of crops, notably Gravenstein apples, before being recognized as an ideal setting for world-class wine grapes. The site’s cool climate and sandy, well-drained Sebastopol Series soils make it a perfect place for the thin-skinned Chardonnay grape to thrive.
